As we are living in a very fast society, we don’t have time for daily routine exercise.

Because of lack of exercises, less activity, no muscle building we are facing a pandemic of
osteoporosis that is weakness of bone.

For the strength of our Bony system we need good amount of exercise.
Why exercise will increase Bone strength?. As we know that phone don’t have direct blood supplies
so they get nutrition from muscles and multiple vessels coming from muscles into the bone.
If we are having good strength in our muscles And we will be having good strength in our bones.
If we ask what is the minimum exercise we should do.
We should do a daily brisk walk of 1 to 2 km, we should always do daily exercise in open gyms
which are available everywhere in city.

In those gyms we have multiple machines and as per our suitability we should always give 15 to 30
minutes for exercises.
We should always divide our exercises in the form of
upper limb exercise
Lower limb exercise
Back strengthening exercise
Abdomen and chest exercise.

If we ask what benefits we can get after exercises in our phone
Strength of bones will be increased
Chances of fractures will be reduced
We will have active muscle system and active bony system
We will have good quality of bony mass by which if we had Fracture then chances of recovery will
be fast.
